- Directions:

  • If you come to Rosario from Capital Federal , the Freeway Buenos Aires-Rosario will turn into a boulevard called Bv. Oroño. Go straight ahead on this boulevard for awhile and you will see the beautiful Parque Independencia.- just  go  through it and at the height of 1200 you will come across Mendoza St.. Take this street and go ahead, just on the third block you will see Dorrego St.. Take Dorrego and at the middle of the block you find the Apart.

  • If you come to Rosario from the Santa Fe- Rosario Freeway, the Santa Fe- Cordoba Freeway or Route 33 you will take Av. Circunvalacion.. Stay on this avenue  until you get to Mendoza Street exit. Get off the Freeway there and stay on Mendoza St. which will take you  to Rosario.. At the height of 1900 it will cross  Dorrego St.. Take this street and at the middle of the block you will find the Apart.


- Distances to sights and places of interest:

  • The Apart  location is strategic because it is in the center of the city, but away from the driving and transportation chaos. It is three blocks from the elegant Bv. Oroño and four blocks from the main commercial driveway of the city,  called “Paseo del Siglo”. It will take you only 5 minutes to get to Monumento a la Bandera or to Parque España with its varied gastronomic offer. If you want to visit 900-year Rosario,  tanguero and prostibulario, you will find it fewer than 10 blocks away from the Apart...it´s the famous  Pichincha quarter.
